DOREA provides more than 40 scheduled, on-demand, and tailor-made ERASMUS+ Staff Mobility courses in 12 countries across Europe. Our main mission - foster academic and administrative staff's professional and personal development through non-formal education. **Role Description** This course will assist a multi-national European group of participants to develop their conflict management skills while helping in their personal development, learning new tools and techniques and connecting with others in a meaningful way. By actively empowering participants to handle conflicts and crises in their classrooms and in their work environments,



educators are at the same time receiving an important boost in their self-confidence while acquiring important tools and techniques. **Qualifications**
- Fluent English
- Lesson Planning and Teaching skills
- Education and Training abilities
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in education or training settings
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of learners
- Passion for empowering and educating people **Job Types**: Temporary, Contract, Commission
