Our Enterprise Account Management team owns and manages our restaurant relationships. As Deliveroo continues to scale, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing best-in-class support, we are restaurant consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to drive our partner restaurants' growth. They are a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together and cross-functionally with other departments...and of course, they're fun, personable, and great at building relationships! Key Responsibilities: - **Report Generation**: Create analytical reports using Looker to provide data-driven insights.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze performance, preparing and presenting partner performance review meetings with key stakeholders.
- **Consultation**: Increase revenue and health metrics by advising restaurant partners on best practices.




- **Cross-Functional Interaction**: Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to drive business growth.
- **Operational Interaction**: Engage with operations for new activations and partnerships with large chains. **Requirements**: - **Experience**: At least 2 years in a commercial or consultant role
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail, people skills, and organizational skills.
- **Relationship Building**: Ability to create and maintain long-term relationships.
- **Self-Starter**: Ability to manage your own time and priorities effectively.
- **Language**: Must be fluent in English.
