D o you have the organizational skills and proactive drive to ensure the efficient allocation of maintenance resources? We are looking for a dedicated **Planner**to join our team in the beautiful city of **Lucca**, **Italy**, and play a key role in ensuring the success of our maintenance operations agreement. The agreement aims to optimize maintenance planning and resource allocation, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in our customer’s paper mill. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading-edge facility and be part of an international initiative that values precision, innovation, and teamwork. **Main Responsibilities**:
As a **Planner**, you will report to the Maintenance Manager of the project and you will be a crucial member of Valmet’s Maintenance Team in Lucca, responsible for: - Ensuring safe operations by adhering to HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, and updating work procedures
- Planning and managing daily maintenance operations and prioritizing tasks with the Area Manager.
- Supporting supervisors in organizing weekly planning meetings and creating schedules.
- Optimizing resource planning, including internal and external resources.
- Organizing shutdown planning meetings, scheduling tasks, and tracking resources.
- Assisting with spare parts and inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
- Supporting TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation and long-term maintenance planning. **Expectations**: - Technical degree.




- Experience in scheduling and planning maintenance work, preferably in similar industries.
- Proficiency in SAP, along with technical documentation, including spare parts and drawings
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- A good level of English (written and spoken), Italian will be considered a plus.
- A proactive, safety-oriented mindset with excellent teamwork and organizational skills. **What we offer**:
