What you’ll do:
- You will join the Risk & Compliance team, and in particular the Compliance team, reporting directly to the Compliance Senior Manager;- You will act as a point of contact with Flutter Entertainment Plc for the implementation of Group compliance policies and procedures related to AI, privacy, anti-bribery and corruption, whistleblowing and antitrust and the monitoring and reporting of Group KRIs;- You will cascade the compliance policies and procedures defined centrally in the foreign subsidiaries located in Morocco, Albania and Turkey and monitor their implementation;- You will provide operational support and consultancy to subsidiary teams for the implementation and monitoring of compliance initiatives;-
- You will prepare periodic reports for local management and Flutter Entertainment Plc;- You will identify any training needs and organize and deliver specific training sessions. Who you are:
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within Compliance departments,
preferably in multinational contexts;- You have in-depth knowledge of local and EU regulations on AI, privacy, anti-bribery and corruption, antitrust, whistleblowing and corporate administrative liability (e.g., Legislative Decree 231/01) and are familiar with the implementation of compliance management systems at an international level;- You have a degree in the fields of Law, Economics or Political Sciences;- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 package (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point);- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;-
- You know how to work in a team, organize, schedule, communicate and present your activities and interact with multiple and heterogeneous stakeholders.- You are available to travel to subsidiaries’ countries (around 20% of the time). Preferrably, you also have:
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, Portuguese.- Certifications in compliance matters (e.g. CIPM, CIPP/E). What we offer you/you can expect from us:
