Sales Manager **Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**: - You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product/software/solutions marketing roles in companies in the industrial automation sector or project management and communication roles.
- You have proven experience in managing teams composed of figures with different personalities and skills.
- You have solid marketing and communication skills (minimum 5 years of experience),



and excellent knowledge of the market for automatic machine components.
- Advanced use of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferable experience with graphic design tools and basic HTML development.
- You possess planning and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong orientation towards people well-being and results-driven business growth.
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken. German is a plus, but not mandatory.
