HT is composed of five Centers: Neurogenomics, Computational Biology, Structural Biology, Genomics, and Health Data Science. The Centers work together to enable interdisciplinary research and to create an open, collaborative environment that will help promote life science research both nationally and internationally. **The Human Technopole Foundation**is looking for an **HR Partner**to join the Human Resources Team. The Human Technopole Foundation (HT) is committed to building a dynamic and innovative organization, supported by a strong and efficient Human Resources team. Acting as a strategic advisor and thought partner, the HR Partner collaborates closely with leaders to address key talent opportunities and challenges. By guiding workforce planning, change management, and talent development efforts, the HR Partner ensures alignment with the organization’s strategic goals while fostering a high performing, engaged workforce. **Key tasks and responsibilities**: - Oversee headcount planning, reporting, and workforce allocation to ensure optimal staffing.
- Lead change management initiatives, guiding teams through transitions and fostering adaptability.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Facilitate performance, salary, and talent review processes to drive organizational success.
- Champion employee development,



offering coaching to managers and supporting career growth and well-being.
- Collaborate across HR functions to streamline processes and deliver integrated solutions.
- Analyze workforce data to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
- Track critical HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, engagement) using dashboards for data-driven planning. **Essential requirements** **These requirements must be verifiable on the CV.**
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields is required or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role.
- Proven experience in managing talent, workforce planning, employee relations, and change management.
- Possess certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning, Coaching, CIPD or SHRM, and Change Management.
- Knowledge of English, level C1. **Preferred requirements**

- High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
