_About Move On_ **MOVE ON** in Florence is where pleasures of the palate meet great music, while looking onto one of the most beautiful monumental squares in the world. The space dedicated to the **vinyl record** offers an extensive catalog of new records, reissues, used, rarities, publishing and accessories. In the **Italian Pub** the selected beers have a long tradition and history linked to the Italian territory, like many of the meals included in the menu. We currently have an opportunity for a talented Chef de Rang with at least 5 years experience to join our team! Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service in an environment that is unique and very special and attention to our guests. Responsibilities will include advising guests, offering descriptions of each item’s origin, taste and preparation methods,



communicating guest orders including any special needs to requests to the kitchen, coordinating food timings, anticipating guest needs, closing guest checks and providing a distinctive experience.
