Aleydis Prestige is a Swiss recruitment agency specializing in high-end recruitment and lifestyle services. Founded in 2012, we have been a leading provider of these services, catering to a diverse clientele including individuals, families, and businesses. Our offerings include the recruitment of household staff, nannies, and personal assistants for the Family Office. We are currently looking for a nanny for an English-speaking family based in Gstaad (Switzerland). **This is a live in position.** **Responsabilities**: - **Daily Care**: Oversee the daily routines of a 10 month old girl, including morning preparation, school drop-offs and pick-ups, after-school care, and bedtime routines.
- **Meal Preparation**: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
- **Homework Assistance**: Provide academic support by helping with homework, school projects, and organizing study routines for the children.
- **Activity Planning**: Organize and supervise age-appropriate recreational, educational, and creative activities, both indoors and outdoors, to encourage the children's physical, mental, and social development.
- **Discipline & Guidance**:



Implement age-appropriate discipline and provide emotional support while fostering a nurturing and structured environment.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear communication with parents regarding the children’s daily activities, progress, and any concerns or important updates.
- **Safety & Well-being**: Ensure the children’s safety and well-being at all times, adhering to any specific guidelines provided by the parents. **Requirements**: - **Childcare Certification**: Formal education or certification in childcare (e.g. Montessori), early childhood education, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a nanny with children of similar age groups.
- **Childcare Expertise**: Strong understanding of child development stages and the ability to adapt to the varying needs of children aged 5 to 13.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- **Fluent in English** **and Italian**, other languages are a plus. Pay: €5,500.00 - €6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
