to-day leadership and management guidance to ensure the proper operational activities and controls to support the execution of the business strategy. **Duties**:
The most relevant activities that characterize the position are the following: - Coordinate the project team for all aspect granting team working
- Manage customer interfaces, building trust and comms with customer.
- Manage the assigned budget in term of Cost and Schedule Control of the Programs.
- Support Projects requests in terms of resources adequacy.
- Manage the program resources in accordance with the approved scenario.
- Coordinate the project team in difficult situations or crisis in order to reach a recovery plan.
- Manage Risks & Opportunities.
- Report regularly with program core team and with the other Company units for criticalities and priority calls.




- Prepare/manage bid/changes and projects proposals in coordination with the Head of Unit and with the Business Development and Sales unit. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS**: - Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in aerospace engineering or a major scientific disciplines.
- Fluent in English (spoken/written).
- Good knowledge of Financial parameters. **SOFT SKILLS**: - Team build up and coordination.
- Detailed planning, profitability.
- Feasibility and economic impacts.
- Risk and Opportunities Analysis and control plans.
- Decision taking capability.
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program.
- Ensure project meets requirements and objectives.
- Transition & Change Management. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS**: - Continuous Improvement.
- New Product Development.
