Start date: immediately **Your role**
- Support in serving our customers in the EMEAI region
- Support in the processing of customer projects, calculations, quotations, document requests and initial productions, among other things
- Entry and modification of master data according to specifications
- Assistance in complaints management
- Support in receivables management and customer agreements/contracts **Your profile**
- Successfully completed commercial training with initial professional experience, ideally in sales or customer service
- Very good working knowledge of English
- Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge desirable
- Organizational and coordination skills
