**Responsibilities**: - Conduct **1 Black Belt (BB) Training Course per year** (80 hours per course, 10 students per class).
- Mentor and support **Green Belts (GB) and Black Belts (BB)** on Lean Six Sigma projects.
- Conduct **40 mentoring sessions per month** to support LSS project execution.
- Facilitate **Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs)** and process optimization workshops.
- Assist in **training material updates, curriculum improvements, and project tracking**. **Required Qualifications**: - **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- **Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (BB) Certification** (ASQ, DoN, or equivalent).
- **5+ years of experience** in Lean Six Sigma project execution and training.
- Expertise in **DMAIC, DMADV methodologies,



and change management**.
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills with experience in **process improvement**. **Security & Compliance Requirements**: - **Background Check**: Must pass **Italian Air Force security clearance**.
- **Mission Visa**: Required before working in Italy (**Tourist Visa not accepted**).
- **Cybersecurity Compliance**: Completion of **DoD Information Assurance (IA) training**.
- **Work Schedule**: Monday - Friday, **08:00 - 17:00 (local time)**. **How to Apply**:
