We help businesses build and manage loyalty programs that drive customer retention and revenue growth.
As we continue expanding in Italy, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales of our Loyalty Solutions across key industries like retail, travel, telco, and finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales loyalty programs, CRM, martech, or SaaS solutions
- Strong network in retail, finance, telco, or travel industries in Italy
- Experience in selling B2B tech solutions (software, cloud, digital platforms)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in Italian & English (written and spoken) **Responsibilities**: - Identify and acquire new clients in Italy for our loyalty and engagement solutions.




- Build relationships with decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of Loyalty, Digital Transformation Leaders).
- Consultative selling and understand client needs and present tailored loyalty solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, consultants, marketing) to create winning proposals.
