**Purpose of the Position**:
**The main purpose of the Data Analyst is**: - support the parts sales team and Parts Managers
- collect, collate and analyse various internal and external composite data
- identify and prioritise parts sales growth opportunities at National & Dealer levels. **Duties**: - Identification and collation of key data from both internal and external sources
- Analysis of data, identifying key opportunities for parts sales growth at both National and Dealer levels.
- Collect and provide market intelligence and analysis to assist formulation of current and future parts sales marketing strategy
- Ongoing analysis and reporting from all programme channels and activities
- Focus at all times to achieve nationally set KPI and €’s growth objectives
- Assist in the building of MSX programme tools, ensuring ongoing correct usage and fit for purpose
- Direct communications link between programme activity and client management
- Attend and contribute to regular programme meetings
- Ensure effective communication and feedback with all parts (MSXI - MSX Italy team - BMW)
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per programme requirements
- Attend other meetings as required, providing results, feedback and market intelligence **Responsability**:

- Inform the Sales Reps, Parts Manager, Project Coordinator and Project Manager about the critical situations **Finance**: none **Asset & tools**:
Take care of the company assets (usage in line with company policies, managing and maintenance) **Process**: - Correct and professional implementation of the project
- Propose project improvements (new implementation tools and activities, training material, etc.) **Customer**: - Provide a good level of job
- Cooperate with BMW
