What You Will Do
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of marketing technology platforms, web performance, and data architecture. You will be the go-to person ensuring marketing data is clean, reporting is accurate, and integrations run smoothly, while collaborating with colleagues around the globe.





Key responsibilities include:
- Website Performance & CRO: Own site health, Core Web Vitals, A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, and multi-language CMS improvements.
- HubSpot & Marketing Operations: Manage HubSpot architecture, automation, lead routing, lifecycle data models, and third-party integrations.
- Tracking & Analytics: Maintain UTM standards, manage tracking QA/pixels, ensure privacy compliance (GDPR), and oversee spend-to-pipeline reconciliation.
- Data Hygiene & Reporting: Lead database hygiene, build KPI dashboards, and ensure reliable attribution reporting for team and board-level insights.
- Documentation & Training: Keep clear system logs/documentation and help train team members on tools and processes.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay up to date with martech, data privacy, and AI search trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
