**Responsibilities**:
As a Consumer Care Specialist, you will be a key "focal point" for our HQ Logistics, E-Commerce, Finance & Controlling departments. Your primary goal will be to ensure an outstanding Customer Experience across all touchpoints (including payment, shipment, after-sales, product support, and pre-purchase inquiries) while maintaining high operational efficiency. You will support our subsidiaries and specific country markets, analyzing performance to identify and address any gaps. This role operates across multiple brands and geographies with a primary focus on EU operations. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Support & Resolution: - Support the team in resolving customer tickets, gathering insights into consumer needs and requests to help consolidate and improve current workflows.
- Champion customer-centricity by managing consumer inquiries and claims related to logistics and financial issues.
- Act as the highest level of escalation within the EU for customer requests and issues, supporting both call centers and subsidiaries in EU markets.
- Process Improvement & Collaboration: - Collaborate with E-commerce operations to define and implement standard procedures for managing customer inquiries, aiming to improve effectiveness.
- Serve as the "voice of the customer" evangelist within the Consumer Care team for e-commerce topics, regularly reporting outcomes and insights.
- Partner with the Logistics Department on project management for action plans agreed upon with Logistics.
- Cooperate with the Finance Team to ensure comprehensive market coverage of relevant payment methods while minimizing fraud exposure.




- Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and E-commerce teams as part of the e-commerce operational excellence strategy.
- Monitoring & Analysis: - Monitor the quantity and quality of activities performed by contact centers and subsidiaries.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Customer Care, Logistics, and Payments with the objective of improving results. **Job Profile**: - Qualifications & Skills: - Degree in Languages, Humanities, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong computing skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
