In addition to the energy sector, you can explore opportunities in other industries where Segula is highly active, such as automotive, aerospace, and rail. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead and manage engineering activities for Hydrodesulfurization (HDS) projects, with a primary focus on Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and Basic Engineering Design.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of FEED contractors, ensuring high technical quality and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Provide engineering leadership across disciplines, integrating input from process, mechanical, instrumentation, and other engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary design reviews and contribute to cross-functional project planning and execution.




- Act as a technical liaison between internal stakeholders and external engineering contractors.
- Support risk assessments, constructability reviews, and value engineering initiatives during project development. **Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred; other engineering disciplines may be considered based on relevant experience.
- Minimum of **10 years**of post-graduate engineering experience, including at least 3 years in engineering design for refining or petrochemical projects.
- Strong experience in Hydrodesulfurization (HDS) unit design within FEED or Basic Engineering phases.
- Demonstrated capability in managing engineering activities in a complex, multidisciplinary project environment.
- Project management training or direct experience in leading project engineering efforts is highly desirable.
- ** Fluency in English is mandatory**; knowledge of Italian or French is considered a plus.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. **Additional Information**
