Key Responsibilities: - Participate in the design of financial derivative trading products and fiat currency-related businesses;
- Analyze user needs, combine user feedback and data analysis to propose product optimization and innovation suggestions, enhancing user satisfaction;
- Consider technical feasibility and implementation plans, and produce detailed requirement documents and interaction designs;
- Monitor project progress, communicate with R&D;, operations, and compliance teams, and manage the entire product lifecycle. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of product experience and a track record of leading large-scale projects;
- User experience-focused, with a strong passion for and recognition of the financial derivatives industry;
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Prior experience in fiat deposit/withdrawal channels and card services is preferred.
- Interest in financial markets, with prior experience in financial derivatives and the crypto industry being an advantage.
- Experience in developing financial derivatives-related products is preferred;
- Strong logical thinking skills and high leadership capabilities.
