Job SummaryThe IT Business Analyst – Aftersales Repairer Experience supports the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of digital platforms critical for the Aftersales ecosystem with special focus on KPIs and reporting around dealers and repairers data like service retention and Sell Out.
