**Our aim is to get the best out of each individual and being recognized as an employer of choice among the most exclusive hotels in the world.** **Duties and responsibilities**: - Demonstrate self-confidence and a high level of commitment when in service
- Have a correct and conscious behavior with regards to guests, colleagues and the resort's property, reporting every suspicious circumstance to management
- Provide excellent service at all times
- Ensure that reservations are handled in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests courteously and efficiently
- Set up tables as per the standard
- Collect and update guests’ database
- Organize the menus for each service and ensure that they are cleaned and in good condition,



also checking the menus’ stock level
- Present menus and wine lists, also assisting during service
- Collect daily newspapers and set them up accordingly **Requirements**: - Minimum 3-years experience in a similar position, preferably within the luxury environment
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
- High standard of verbal communication, social skills and up-selling skills
- Flexible and willing to work on evenings/weekends/holidays
