- Assist the IT Department in Delivering audio-visual dedicated services and support
- Assist with SOPs and inventory tasks
- Categorize IT needs requests
- Supporting the Admin task of the IT Department
- Follow-up any project tasks and security operations **Requirements**: - Computer and Electronic skills
- Have a solid knowledge of using PCs, Laptops and Office suite
- Proficiency in English
- Attention to detail
- Able to work flexible hours and sometimes on weekends and holidays
