**Position**: R&D; Scientist
**Location**: Bologna, Italia




We are looking for a motivated and proactive R&D; Scientist who wants to enter and grow in the pharmaceutical industry.
**Job tasks**:
Perform microbiological analyses and physical-chemical analyses.
Manage and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring its calibration and operations status.
Document all activities and results obtained, and drafting reports.
Contribute to maintenance and improvement of the quality system, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and CFR 21 /11 regulations.
Collaborate with other departments.
**Competence Requirements**:
Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF), Biotechnology or related.
Previous experience in chemical or microbiological laboratories with the pharmaceutical sector o related.
Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of chemistry or microbiology.
Familiarity with chemical and microbiological laboratory instrumentation.
Good knowledge of validation processes like VHP (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) and related documentation.
Good knowledge of main regulations, like GMP (Good Manifacturing Practices) and CFR 21/11.
Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
