Midsummer Italia is now preparing to start up the production facility in Bari and are currently looking for 3 Project Managers. **Job description**:
As a Project Manager at Midsummer Italia you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the planning and design of solar panel projects for B2B customers. You will coordinate with customers and contractors to ensure projects are designed, installed, and maintained on time and on budget. You will also be responsible for managing project documentation, performance reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. **Responsibilities**: - Plan, develop, and manage solar panel projects
- Coordinate and oversee project staff, contractors, and vendors
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Develop proposals and business plans
- Monitor project progress and adjust resources as needed, Provide clear and concise status reporting regarding project planning, project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.
- Ensure that projects adhere to safety and quality standards compliance with applicable laws,

regulations and standards
- Manage contracts, claims and change orders with pragmatic problem-solving approach. **Requirements and skills**: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Several years of experience in project management, and with a background in engineering, and/or construction and experience from the photovoltaic solar sector
- Demonstrated skills in contract negotiations, budget and schedule management, safety management, construction means and methods
- Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills
- Creative when it comes to new project ideas: acting as project originator
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set goals, and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and having a flexible approach in order to solve issues and move forward.
- Driven, curious and actively committed
- Excellent leadership skills
