Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with national and international business goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws in Italy and across key European markets.
- Lead or support change management projects and improve existing HR processes.
- Analyze organizational needs and deliver people-focused solutions to enhance business performance. **Requirements**:
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Law, Human Resources, or related fields; a Master’s in HR or an MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of HR experience,



preferably in fast-paced or international environments.
- Fluent in Italian, English, and German (mandatory); knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Italian and European labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage both strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
