**CRM Specialist**:
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Specialist to support the verification, cleaning, and organization of contact data in our CRM system. This entry-level role involves identifying and correcting inaccurate records, removing duplicates, standardizing data formatting, and verifying contact information using online sources. Ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a basic understanding of CRM tools and spreadsheets. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Review and clean contact and lead data- Remove duplicate or outdated records- Standardize data formats and update missing fields- Merge duplicate entries and create new contacts/accounts- Verify information using online sources- Report recurring data issues and suggest process improvements **Requirements**:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets- Basic experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus- Good communication skills- Basic knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office- English (B2 level) required; additional languages are a plus
