Your impact
As a Program Manager in OpenText’s Professional Services team, you’ll be at the heart of driving successful outcomes for large-scale digital transformation projects across global enterprise clients. From project initiation to completion, your leadership will ensure smooth delivery, clear communication, strategic alignment, and long-term client satisfaction. You’ll also play a key part in nurturing strong client relationships and supporting business growth in partnership with our PS Sales teams.

- Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience in a Software company or Service Provider
- Proven ability to plan, monitor, and control all aspects of project delivery — scope, risk, cost, reporting,



escalation, and client communication
- Familiarity with Enterprise Information Management (EIM) technologies such as ECM and Archiving
- Strong commercial mindset to support pre-sales: scoping, effort estimation, and proposal writing
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English (written and verbal)
- A collaborative team player with a genuine interest in client success and digital innovation One last thing
