**Job Description**: - Product Manager **Role Description**:
**Main Responsibilities**: - Define and outline the features of payment card products, including additional services and innovative functionalities taking into account several client segments
- Manage relationships with VISA and Mastercard, to ensure alignment and compliance with international standards and technical specifications.
- Ability to outline and monitor, with the support of other Issuing departments, such as Fraud, Disputes, Customer Services, Risk, the main drivers of product profitability and risk, including the definition of fraud risk
- Collaborate with other Worldline departments to draft and manage the terms and conditions of the payment cards, ensuring regulatory compliance at both national and European levels.
- Support the corporate marketing functions in conducting market analyses and benchmarks to identify improvement opportunities and areas of innovation in the product portfolio.
- Develop and manage product documentation, including manuals and information sheets.Actively collaborate with the Marketing, R&D;, Compliance, Sales,



and IT departments to ensure that interconnections are effectively managed, facilitating the product development process and supporting the offering of payment cards.**Requirements**: - Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management within the payment card.
- Experience and understanding of payment networks, particularly VISA and Mastercard.
- In-depth knowledge of current regulations and best practices in the payment sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional environments and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proactive and result-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and in teams. LI-CL1
