Main Responsibilities:
- Drive distribution of Selected Lifestyle account in Italy Develop and build strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Drive customers sell-in during assortments definition




- Deals and plans with the most important lifestyle accounts
- Support Sales manager to Draft annual/multi-year strategic plans
- Manage marketing activations (windows/events/special projects) coordinating with marketing team
- Constant visits to the most strategic accounts in Italy KPI analysis through monthly reports and sell-out monitoring

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury/fashion industry
- Established network and strong understanding of the Italian Lifestyle distribution
- Highly sales - oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken
- Availability to travel (approximately 50%)
- Drive license (B)
- Milan showroom based

Compensation & Classification
- Salary Range: €35.000 - €40.000
- Collective Bargaining Agreement: CCNL Calzature - Industria
