**Job Title** Client Finance Intern

We are looking for a **motivated and detail-oriented intern** with a strong interest in **administration and real estate finance** to join our **Client Finance team**. This internship offers hands-on experience in the management of real estate portfolios including Funds, Consortia, and Asset Management Companies. **Key Responsibilities**:
1. Accounts Receivable Support: - Issue and deliver tax documents (invoices, credit notes) via the client’s tax portal
- Invoice registration taxes and ISTAT adjustments based on lease agreements
- Record incoming payments and assist in overdue receivables management
- Monitor payment deadlines and send reminders to defaulting tenants
- Support in handling delinquent receivables cases 2. Accounts Payable Support: - Record incoming invoices and credit notes in the management system
- Assist in invoice authorization, payment verification, and documentation
- Help prepare payment batches and maintain supplier relationships **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ongoing or completed) in **Economics**, **Business Administration**, or related fields
- Fluent in **Italian** and proficient in **English** (written and spoken)
- Interest in administrative finance and real estate operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
