With the aim of strengthening the Finance Team, we are recruiting a **Group Treasury Manager** You will design and execute global cash management strategies, to ensure optimal liquidity and mitigate financial risk, and provide strategic insights to support the Group's growth and financial stability. Your role involves leading the digital transformation of the treasury function by implementing new TMS. **Main responsibilities**: - Own the daily operational treasury activities, ensuring accurate and timely execution of payments, bank account reconciliations, and liquidity management across the Group's international subsidiaries.
- Develop, maintain, and analyse short-to-medium term cash flow forecasts and periodic reports to provide critical insights into the Group's liquidity position and financial needs.
- Lead the implementation, extension, and ongoing management of the cash pooling structures and intercompany funding programs to optimize interest income and minimize financing costs.
- Monitor and validate banking fees and conditions, proactively negotiating with relationship banks to ensure compliance with agreed terms and to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Act as the project coordinator for the selection, development, and implementation of the Group's new Treasury Management System (TMS), liaising with Treasury, ICT, and external vendors.
- Support the CFO in managing banking relationships,
negotiating credit facilities and other financial instruments to secure optimal terms for the company.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, corporate treasury policies, and relevant regulatory requirements within all treasury activities.
- Foster strong collaboration with finance teams across the Group's subsidiaries to ensure accurate cash flow reporting and alignment of treasury processes. **Requirements**: - Degree in Economics or related fields.
- Minimum of five years' experience in corporate treasury and financial planning processes, gained within a multinational corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards, financial contracts and financial markets.
- Experience with the implementation and/or daily operation of a Treasury Management System (TMS). Proficiency with SAP Treasury, Kyriba, or similar platforms is essential.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
