The planned activities are: - Community Management and Social Listening - monitoring and moderating social media conversations
- Support in managing corporate social media channels




- Support in develop corporate communication plans
- Monitoring and analysing the performance of corporate social media channels and benchmarking with key competitors
- Support in defining digital advertising campaigns and related reports. **Requisiti**: - good command of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Photoshop & Premiere
- excellent knowledge of English, a second European language is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- capacity to maintain a friendly manner and calm, positive demeanour when handling complaints.
