**Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis & Research**:
Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis across different asset classes
Prepare market reports and sector studies for clients
Evaluate real estate asset performance using standard KPIs
Analyze market comparables and real estate valuations
Review, interpret, and modify real estate DCF models (creation from scratch is a plus)
Prepare sensitivity analyses and alternative scenarios
Support pricing and structuring activities
**Client Service - Private Wealth**:
Assist in analyzing and structuring real estate investments for HNWI/UHNWI/Family Office clients
Participate in client meetings, site visits with clients, investors, and real estate stakeholders
Prepare presentations and informational materials for clients
Support clients throughout due diligence processes (both sell-side and buy-side)
Provide back-office support for business line activities (digital signatures, contract review, invoicing, etc.)
**Required QualificationsEducation**:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or Technical fields (Architecture, Engineering)
Master's degree in real estate from prestigious institutions (Politecnico, Bocconi, LUISS, etc.) preferred
**Experience**:
Post-internship experience or 1-2 years of relevant work experience
**Skills & Competencies**:
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Fluency in Italian and English
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Responsabilità PrincipaliAnalisi di Mercato e Ricerca**:




Condurre analisi complete sui mercati immobiliari tra diverse asset class
Predisporre report di mercato e studi di settore per clienti
Valutare le performance degli asset immobiliari secondo KPI standard
Analizzare comparables di mercato e valutazioni immobiliari
Analizzare, interpretare e modificare DCF immobiliari (modellazione ex novo è un plus)
Preparare sensitivity analysis e scenari alternativi
Supportare nelle attività di pricing e structuring
**Servizio Clienti - Private Wealth**:
Assistere nell'analisi e strutturazione di investimenti immobiliari per clienti HNWI/UHNWI/Family Office
Partecipare a incontri e sopralluoghi con clienti, investitori e stakeholder del settore real estate
Predisporre presentazioni e materiali informativi per clienti
Supportare i clienti durante l'iter delle attività di due diligence (sia sell side che buy side)
Fornire supporto nelle attività di back office della business line (firme digitali, revisione contratti, fatturazione, ecc.)
**Requisiti RichiestiFormazione**:
Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Ingegneria Gestionale o técnica (Architettura, Ingegneria)
Preferibilmente Master in real estate presso istituzioni prestigiose (Politecnico, Bocconi, LUISS, ecc.)
**Esperienza**:
Esperienza post-stage o 1-2 anni di esperienza lavorativa pertinente
**Competenze**:
Competenze avanzate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint e altre applicazioni MS Office
Ottime capacità analitiche e di comunicazione




Conoscenza fluente di italiano e inglese
Forte attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di lavorare in un atmosfera dinamico
