YOUR OPPORTUNITY As Market Supply Chain Manager, you act as the strategic link between the Business Unit and the regional Supply Chain organization, connecting commercial ambition with operational strategy to enable better, faster and more value-focused business decisions.
You are accountable for end-to-end supply chain performance in your market, delivering against service, inventory, cash and cost targets.
As a core member of the BU Leadership Team, you act as the voice of the market within the regional Supply Chain organization and as the voice of Supply Chain within the Business Unit, ensuring alignment between business priorities and operational capabilities.
About You You are a commercially minded Supply Chain leader who enjoys connecting strategy with execution and influencing decisions across a complex organization.
You are comfortable working across functions, balancing competing priorities and leading through influence.

RESPONSIBILITIES Drive supply chain performance to enable the business Translate business priorities into a clear, executable and value-driven supply chain plan.
Deliver against key performance metrics (service, inventory, cash and cost) and drive gap closure, managing trade-offs between service, cost and complexity.
Co‐own operational execution and KPIs with the regional team (Center of Excellence - CoE), ensuring business plans are realistic, executable and value‐focused.
Represent market priorities towards the regional team (CoE), ensuring regional solutions are aligned with business needs and deliver value.
