For Hotel in Udine province, we are looking for an Hotel Coordinator **Role** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented hotel coordinator to support the daily operations of our hotel and ensure an exceptional guest experience. **Main Responsibilities**
- Support the Management in day-to-day operations and staff supervision
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve operational issues promptly
- Monitor quality standards across departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B; support)
- Assist with training, scheduling, and team motivation
- Handle guest feedback, VIP arrivals, and special requests
- Collaborate with other department heads to maintain smooth hotel operations
- Contribute to revenue management and cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards **Requirements**: - Previous experience in hotel management or front office supervision (minimum 2 years)
- Strong leadership, communication,



and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and [Italian / other language]; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent knowledge of PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Protel, or similar)
