We are looking for a new Host for our Hapimag Resorts starting in January 2026.**: - **What you can expect**: Responsible for managing the resort, including budget preparation and target achievement
- Leading and developing approximately 20 employees
- Ensuring compliance with standards and continuous improvement of workflows, as well as creating employee schedules
- Providing impeccable customer service
- Serving as the point of contact for authorities- **What you bring along**: Completed hotel management training (or equivalent qualification)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the hotel or restaurant industry, including 2 years of management experience in a comparable position
- Excellent written and spoken English and Italian skills (German is an advantage)
