We are looking for a Revenue Incentive Manager to lead the transformation of our global Revenue Incentive function. This role will be responsible for re‐engineering the end‐to‐end commissions and rebates model—including agent calculations—while driving global standardization, optimizing SAP and Zuora systems, and ensuring scalable, transparent, and well‐governed incentive frameworks.




Responsibilities Lead the redesign and standardization of the commissions and rebates framework—covering agent models, incentives, and partner discounts—to enable scalable automation and establish a global operating model and governance structure.
Define and implement a group-wide commission and rebate calculation model for agents and agencies.
Design and develop indirect sales channels (partners, resellers, agencies) and related incentive schemes.
Own the end‐to‐end commission calculation logic (rules, tiers, bonuses, adjustments).
Ensure alignment between commercial policies, pricing, and financial outcomes.
Support system integration and optimization within SAP and Zuora environments.
Partner with Sales, Finance, and IT to build a clear, automated, and data‐driven incentive model.
Qualifications 7–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Transformation, or Sales Incentives.
