Guest Relations – Zelo Restaurant, Four Seasons Hotel Milano Full‐time, on‐site position offering career growth opportunities.
About the role The Host (female: Hostess) is the first interaction point for guests in our restaurants and is responsible for creating memorable experiences. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager.
What you will do Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with the server team.
Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and recommend table setups.
Maintain cleanliness of each dining room section and perform table checks before opening.
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the menus, ingredients and restaurant information.
What you bring 1–2 years of experience in a food & beverage outlet; experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.




Proficiency with computer equipment and food & beverage point‐of‐sale systems.
Strong communication skills.

Schedule & Hours This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and is offered as a fixed‐term contract. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Italy and fluency in English and Italian.
