A&O; IT Group is seeking a freelance IT support contractor to assist staff with desktop, application, and related technology issues on-site in Italy. You will diagnose, resolve, and document end-user problems across desktops, printers, PDAs, and LAN drops, and provide 1st line support within established service targets.
The role includes infrastructure administration, on-site coverage from 8:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday, with potential outside-hours support.
