**Date**:Jul 2, 2025 **Location**: Milano, IT, 20134 **Company**:De Nora We are looking for an intern for our Legal Department. The resource will support the Group Compliance manager with a specific focus on: - Reviewing, finalization and implementation of compliance policies;
- organization and implementation of ethics and compliance training programs;
- identifying compliance gaps and implementing process improvements for enhanced adherence;
- implementation of 231 Italian model by the Italian subsidiaries and ensuring that the Italian business is compliant with 231;
- Developing and managing compliance program focus on Anti-Corruption;
- Implementing Export Control and International Sanctions compliance policy;
- Performing screening on third party.




- Maintaining and updating the Whistleblowing policy.
