**Position**: - Fendi is seeking a Worldwide Retail Performance Specialist to support the development and execution of global retail performance initiatives. Reporting to the Worldwide Retail Performance Senior Manager based in Rome, this role will analyze key business drivers, coordinate with regional teams, and contribute to projects that elevate retail excellence across Fendi’s global store network. With a strong background in retail analysis, operations, or project management, the Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, consistency, and client experience worldwide.
- **Job responsibilities**: - Monitor and analyze global retail KPIs (sales productivity, conversion, traffic, UPT, ATV, stock efficiency, etc.), providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
- Prepare and automate effective performance dashboards, reports, and presentations for Worldwide Retail leadership and Regional teams.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decisions, by driving insights and actions from analysis and design and implement strategic programs that are embraced by the WW network
- Support the deployment of Fendi’s Retail Excellence framework, ensuring adoption of standards and best practices across all Regions.
- Coordinate with Regional Retail teams to follow up on performance action plans for conversion, clienteling and product priorities and share learnings across markets.
- Contribute to global strategic projects in collaboration with Merchandising, Client Development, Digital, Training, HR, and Finance.
- Support the execution of Fendi’s omnichannel and clienteling initiatives, ensuring alignment across physical and digital touchpoints.
- Act as a day-to-day partner for Regional Retail Performance Managers, supporting the exchange of data insights, monitoring,



best practices and consistency of tools and processes. **Profile**: - University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Retail Performance, Retail Operations, or Business Analysis, ideally in luxury or fashion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing retail projects in international or matrix organizations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage effectively across functions and cultures.
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven, with attention to detail and a strong client orientation.Fluent in English; Italian and/or French are a plus.-
