**Job Title**:WAREHOUSE CONSOLIDATION SPECIALIST** **Location**: Genoa Office Medov Logistics is a high experienced Logistics provider with a group of professionals based in our offices in Genoa, Hamburg, Singapore and Miami providing Global Logistics Operations & Project Management for the maritime and cruise industry. **Position Summary**:
We are looking for someone passioned about logistics and maritime/cruise industry, motivated in developing/continue his/her career in an international environment as Warehouse Consolidation Specialist. The Warehouse Consolidation Specialist is part of the team planning, coordinating and driving logistics activities, deliveries on board, ensuring that all logistics operations are accomplished according to the project scope, timelines and budget. The Warehouse Consolidation Specialist serves as the logistics liaison for assigned vessels/projects, working with shipowners, suppliers, vendors, buyers, Superintendents and shipboard personnel, Customs Agent, trucking Co,



identifying cost saving opportunities/efficiencies in delivery and new revenue streams. **Duties and Responsibilities included but not limited to**: - Follow Logistical plans for dry docks, newbuilds, and special projects including timelines, schedules and consolidation points of owners’ supplies.
- Loading operations
- Freight Forwarding operations
- Customs formalities coordination
- Warehouse operations
- PO Management
- Data entry
- Invoicing **Skills & Requirements**: - Availability to travel
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good organizational skills
- Good teamwork skills
