We are looking for passionate, motivated and ambitious people to join our Front Office dept in our Hotels Grand Hotel Piazza Borsa, Splendid Hotel La Torre, Hotel e Villaggio Torre Normanna)
Highly motivated or experienced passionated Reception experts are very welcome in our Company. Are you communicative and solution focussed? Do you deliver genuine services? Are you able to retrieve the guest wish list and will you act accordingly? Our mission? turn a traditional successful Sicilian Hotel Company into a refreshed, highly skilled, innovative, international and fun environment to be even more successful! **Main Responsibilities**
- Take reservations, check in/check out and handling telephone inquiries
- Assist in day by day operations of the front office and back office
- Maintain good relationships with guest and assisting them with their needs
- Maintaining and improving hotel standard
- Manage guest feedback and complaints and address them
- Communicate with other hotel’s departments in order to deliver high standard services **Requirements**:



- Fluent in **ENGLISH**and **GERMAN** or **FRENCH**: - **at least 4/5 years of Experience in City Hotel with more than 100 rooms**: - Able to manage stressful situations
- Keen to problem solving
- Willing to work in shifts and with seasonal contract (CCNL TURISMO) at least for the first year(s) depending on experience
- Looking both for high seniority and junior professionals with few experiences
- Being trustworthy, ambitious, high performer, dynamic and details oriented
- T-Shaped profiles are more than welcome **Location: Palermo and surroundings.**
