The resource, within the Information Technology Department, will support the IT Infrastructure Team with the following activities: - Ensure continous support to all company employees, focusing on installation, configuration and problem risolution related to Hardware and Software Systems
- Ensure backup and data protection services, proposing solutions to mainain a good level of performance
- Support in suppliers management and relation (Data Center, Fixed and Mobile Telephony, Network, ecc..) **Skills**: - Good knowledge of English language
- Interest and passion for the IT field
- Good knowledge of LAN Infrastructure and Active Directory
- Good analytic skills
- Accuracy, planning and organization
- Good relational and communicational skills **Education**: - High school diploma in Information Technology or Degree in Information Technology **About us**:
