the Chef de Rang is responsible for assisting the Restaurant team to provide impeccable service at all times to guests. The Chef de Rang reports to the Restaurant Manager. **As**Chef de Rang, you will responsible for the following duties**: - Professional advice and care of our guests
- Professional serving of food and drinks
- Ensuring smooth work processes at your own station, in compliance with our quality standards
- Providing the required mise en place
- Supporting the restaurant management in carrying out daily tasks
- Assisting with the preparation and implementation of special events
- Compliance with hygiene regulations and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP guidelines **As Chef de Rang, we expect from you**: - Speak, read and communicate in a good level of English and Italian
- previous experience working in a food & beverage environment, ideally in a high-end, luxury establishment.
