Floor Service**: Welcoming guests, taking orders, upselling and providing table service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- **Bar Support**: Assisting the bar team with coffee service, basic drinks, and serving appetizers.
- **Event Management**: Setting up and serving during private parties, themed nights, and live music sessions.




- **Guest Relations**: Sharing knowledge about our menu and services.
- **Operations**: Ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic standards of the dining and common areas; end of day closure and reports, using CRM and operational system. Qualifiche

Experience**: 1-2 years in similar environments (bistros, cocktail bars, or boutique hotels).
- **Languages**: Italian mother language, Fluency in English is a must**.**; a third language is a fantastic premio.
- **Soft Skills**: A team player with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
