Circle Cardiovascular Imaging is seeking a Customer Renewals Team Specialist to manage a portfolio of accounts, drive on-time contract renewals, and promote growth and retention across Circle products and services.
You will collaborate with Sales Account Executives, Support, and Customer Success to forecast renewal revenue, address risks, and optimize the customer journey from initial contact through renewal, with a focus on value and satisfaction.
