As an Integrated Logistics Support Engineer (ILSE), you will define the optimized approach to plan and develop support for engines and/or components in order to assure the right availability and the minimum costs throughout their lifecycle. **Essential Responsibilities**- Support fleet modeling to identify spare parts needs along the entire engine lifecycle
- Define needs of Support and test equipment with particular attention to Packaging, handling, storage and transportation for most important items
- Identify Manpower and personnel needs for the different maintenance bases
- Define needs of Training for operators and Technical publications
- Participate in cross functional team as part of lean events for service contracts productivity enhancement **Qualifications/Requirements**
- Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
- Proven experience in Aerospace business
- Good interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Clear thinking and diligent approach




- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
- Fluency in English and Italian **Desired Characteristics**
- Proven experience in similar role
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs and manage projects.
- Ability to document, plan, and execute programs
