The role

We’re looking for a Hospitality Manager to join the team at our Calabiana Milan campus.

In this role, your mission will be to own the day-to-day campus operations, ensuring high service standards and a seamless member experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage opening and closing procedures of the co-working space, ensuring seamless front desk coverage and high service standards




- Manage the reception area as the operational hub of the campus, welcoming members, visitors, and partners with warmth and professionalism
- Handle calls, emails, deliveries, access cards, badges, and daily check-ins, ensuring secure and efficient access management
- Monitor supplies and maintenance needs, coordinating proactively with external suppliers and vendors
- Oversee daily service operations, including bookings and equipment setup, with attention to up-selling and member retention
- Ensure the reception area is organised, functional, and visually welcoming, enhancing warmth and brand identity through seasonal styling
- Collaborate with the rest of the team on day-to-day challenges to ensure the campus consistently looks, feels, and operates at its best
- Work closely with the City Lead and rest of the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality campus experience
- Support on-site events, including guest and speaker
