Global Risk Consulting is seeking candidates for the following position based in Milan office: Strategy Implementation & Transformation Associate

Risk Consulting, a business unit of Marsh Risk, provides clients with strategic advice and innovative solutions across a broad range of insurable and non‑insurable risks. Leveraging industry‑leading data, analytics, and deep risk expertise, Risk Consulting helps clients identify their most significant risks, quantify potential losses, and make informed decisions about risk appetite and resilience.

As a Strategy Implementation & Transformation Associate, you will support the Global Risk Consulting Leadership team in delivering high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives that shape the future of the business. Reporting directly to the Global Strategy Implementation & Transformation Leader, you will play an active role in turning strategic priorities into action.

This is a highly visible internal consulting role with a strong focus on strategy execution, transformation, project management, and financial planning.



While the role is not client‑facing, it offers broad exposure to senior stakeholders and close collaboration with colleagues across EMEA, Asia Pacific, Latin America, the US and Canada, as well as with key functions including Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Talent.

Drive strategic initiatives and transformation projects
