ABOUT OUR OFFER
- Receive a salary of 1.550€ per month gross.
- A company iPad & uniform are standard.

ABOUT THE JOB




- You deliver exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive until departure ensuring everyone is happy.
- On transfer days, you will see off our departing guests and be ready to greet our new arrivals either at the airport or in resort, updating them in the event of delays and taking care of any special requirements and supporting in crisis situations.
- Crystal Ski Rep - You will engage with Crystal Ski guests to understand their holiday needs, offering tailored advice, resolving complex issues, and selling ski passes, equipment, tuition, and après activities—using your expertise and supplier relationships to ensure they are fully prepared and ready for the mountain.
- Crystal Ski Service Support Rep- You will handle complex, sensitive, or emergency issues for Crystal Ski guests both in person and digitally, while working closely with the Operations Team to coordinate transfers, special assistance, and supplier bookings.
