The impact you’ll make

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop hospitality expertise within a luxury environment, gaining hands‑on exposure to service excellence, guest engagement, and luxury hotel operations.

What You’ll Do
- Support the kitchen brigade in daily food preparation and production activities.
- Assist chefs with ingredient preparation, mise en place, and basic cooking tasks.
- Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and storage areas.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating products according to hotel procedures.
- Support staff canteen, restaurant, in‑room dining, and special event operations as required.
